Makayla Beaudoin lives at the intersection of creativity and order—a rare and powerful combination. As Director of Projects and Production at Against, she balances big ideas with the structure that brings them to life. A born connector and natural doer, she thrives where creative chaos meets clarity, helping ideas take shape through process, planning, and a healthy dose of positivity.

With over a decade in the creative industry, Makayla has worked across many sides of the creative process—spanning direction, strategy, design, and production. Before joining Against, she co-founded a female-led agency where she learned that leadership is equal parts grit, grace, and Google Sheets. Her experience across industries, including the male-dominated fitness world, sharpened her edge and deepened her passion for women in leadership.

An Idaho native, she’s happiest outdoors with her husband, Skyler, and their daughters, Ryah and Weslie. She’ll always say yes to a local beer, a themed get-together, or a Reese’s holiday treat—the ratio really does matter.
