MANAGER, OPERATIONS & PROJECTS

Kim simply cannot be contained by one career trajectory. She has done it all, from nanny to camp counselor to barista to music festival PR to social media workhorse to nonprofit marketing. She has also even made a few appearances in viral comedy videos on the internet, but good luck finding those. 

With a degree in Sociology, Kim’s actual superpower is connecting with people. A born yapper, she has the ability to make friends with the world around her, from humans to those with fur and feathers. This gives her the ability to anticipate human needs and be quick on her feet to adapt and pivot whenever necessary. If you need something done, she’ll do it. If you need to find another person for something, she knows someone.

This brings her to this chapter - not only managing and staying on top of projects and operations for Against, but also supporting the team and making life easier for each and every one of them. (Which sometimes means making sure the candy stash is fully stocked with Mambas.)

When Kim is not cheering everyone on in the office, she can be found hanging out with her human and doggy family, playing outdoors with rivers, mountains, motorcycles and horses, volunteering at the Idaho Film Society, laughing until she cries, and fulfilling her lifelong quest to find the world’s best hotdog.
