Ben Ohashi manages Against Academy and supports various tech projects and strategic initiatives for clients. During his time with Against, he has helped launch multiple products, including Against Academy, LeadStack, and other custom AI solutions.

Before joining Against, he played a key role in building one of Idaho’s top-performing real estate teams. In 2019, he leveraged that experience to launch his own investment venture, applying his expertise in business strategy and technology capabilities.

Ben is humble but will proudly tout one of his prestigious awards, “Most Likely to Call Strawberries Dessert,” which he received at Against’s company party (equivalent to the ‘Dundies’). 

Outside of work, he lives vicariously through the travel and culinary experience of the likes of Anthony Bourdain (RIP). There’s a good chance you can find him in the kitchen attempting to be a decent cook or traveling somewhere seeking new experiences.
